So today I want you to check your cabinets, fridge, desk, car, purse, etc. and throw away or donate foods that don’t help with your goals. You don’t have to be totally black and white about it and toss everything, but start to look for the cookies, candy, chips, etc. and either finish them in our first week or get rid of them. I try to live by this advice: If I can’t eat it responsibly, don’t keep it in my house. I personally CANNNOT each chips without finishing a whole bag. So I quit buying chips. I started keeping low carb pop corn in the house for when I need a crunch. I also buy snack size bags when I really want chips so that I don’t have the option to eat a full family size. So look for your weaknesses, and try to think of a smart replacement to keep around. Like dark choc instead of snickers bars.

I feel so good that I am not a much fan of sodas or chips or candies! My main addiction are carbs so I am trying to lower them and eat the ones that are more healthy like whole wheat. Good luck all
