How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Let’s chat about not wanting to workout because it’s too hard or it just plain sucks. If you ever think those two things, then you aren’t doing what’s right for you!! I used to think I just wasn’t ever going to be fit bc I could never stick to running. Well guess what. Running isn’t my sport. I tried all kinds of stuff but it was joining a Jazzercize (thanks mom!) that finally got me to stick with workout. So I want to encourage you to find a workout that motivates you. That pushes you. That’s hard but not so hard that you want to skip everyday. Something that helps you to realize that working out can be enjoyable and not just plain suck. You don’t have to run or lift weights. You can dance, swim, rock climb, row, play tennis, etc. Find your right fit!!

Buying an elliptical hometrainer really helped me keeping on track as there are no weather excuses and you can train for a quick 20min.... who would go to the gym for this shourt amount of time?
