I just wanted to introduce myself for those that don’t know me. My name is Haley. I’m from Texas, but moved to NZ in March for a year to just explore and have fun! We have about 6 weeks left here!! So crazy. I work in a gym here. I am a certified health coach and yoga teacher. I started to lose weight 3ish years ago when Matt proposed to me. I was close to 300 lbs and cried when I saw the proposal pictures. I decided that I wanted to make a change. We started with slow habit changes and workouts to make a life long change. Doing crazy dramatic diets and hardcore workouts are just unrealistic to keep up for the rest of your life. I wanted to be healthy for life, not just for some 3 week diet. So here I am a few years later. I’ve lost over 100 lbs and kept it off. I can now eat intuitively and love working out every day. So we are going to try to use this time together to get you into that same state of mind. This isn’t just a 4 week challenge. It’s the beginning of your new lifelong health journey!
