I wanted to chat a bit about food logging. I don’t necessarily count calories, but I do like to track macros. I did it religiously at the beginning of my journey then started intuitively eating. I’ve been doing that for about a year but I’m ready to get off my plateau and see some gains. So I’m back to logging! I recommend everyone log their food for at least one month. Not to obsess over or restrict themselves, but to just to start to be mindful of what they put in their body. When you start to see a visual of what you eat. You can see if it’s excessive or too restrictive. You can also start to see if yuh are eating more natural or processed foods. So I encourage y’all to check out my fitness pal free or a similar app and track this coming month!
