  • Broke my fast a little early today. I'm home alone with the twins so I needed the energy lol. I started intermittent fasting this week, but may modify my plan to not fast as long on the days I'm home with the babies. On the four days I work and sit at a desk all day, I'll still do the 16 hour fast.

7pm-11am fast. Not too bad the last two days while working. I still do water, tea and coffee during that time. Today I knew I couldn't do it while chasing two toddlers :joy:
