How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Missed my goal by 3 lbs. No one but myself to blame with inconsistent eating and exercise the last week. Lost this one and another one closing at the same time .... got excited when I won my first one back after a few years, so long $60. Congratulations to all the winners.

Progress is still success!! Nice work on making some great decisions and prioritizing your heath.

I always think about the weight that I did lose. Helps me stay positive. This was my second dietbet and I keep telling myself that I'm better now than I was two months ago. Keep up the work. You'll get there.
