How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hey guys, happy Monday! Did anyone else get completely off track this weekend and gain weight? Because I know I did ☹️ It’s back to counting calories and hitting the gym every day for me. How does everyone stay on track?

I’m a college senior and with finals coming up and “men” not knowing how to act...ya girl ate like she wanted to look like the abominable snowman this winter  I usually avoid the scale daily because it makes me hyperfocus on weight, but since I’m sticking to cardio this week I’ll probably take your idea, Allie!

I stayed the same, I don't have as hard of a time on weekends as some do because my life is not hectic, thank goodness. I see so many struggling with all of the pressure. I wish you all the best results! My husband is retired and I don't work. We spend a whole bunch of time with the grand kids though and with games and concerts and outings we stay busy but are not obligated so it's more relaxed.
