Okay so maybe I'm the only one here but I was wondering if maybe there are also people who don't work out at all? ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™ˆ I know working out is important but I work to 10 hours a day, being on my feet (at McDonald's haha yay me ๐Ÿ˜ต) and after that I'm just too tired. Any other not working out people here... maybe? ๐Ÿ™ˆ

I have weeks where Iโ€™m super pumped and work out 3-4 times but have more weeks where I just do small low impact things at home, so I try to focus more on my eating habits and have found that intermittent fasting for 12-15 hrs a night helps me the most. Since my eating window is smaller my meals are smaller too because Iโ€™m not as hungry, eating 3 meals within a 6-9 hr window. Also, I have become more of a devout Catholic in the recent months and have increased my prayer life and noticed that has tremendously helped me to have better control over certain aspects of my life, one of them being binging. Hope this helps!

I have not worked out at all. I as well work Mon-Fri and I'm just exhausted when I leave work. Then I usually pick up my teenage daughter from high school. It's really hard for me. I get lazy. I'm so tired. I understand you. We have to somehow GET MOTIVATED!
