Welllll.....I wasn't perfect yesterday as I started out with the intentions to be! I did get in my 3 liters of water, I did meet my step count I aimed for, BUT I snacked on some sweets...and more than I needed for sure!

That said, I was still down 2.2lbs of bloat and sodium this morning, so we are moving in the right direction. Still 6.2lbs to reach goal though so I have a LOT of work ahead of me.

I'm keeping the same goals for today: 1. 3+ liters of water (already have 1 down). 2. Meet my step goal. 3. NO sweets. Number 3 will be the most difficult, but I already brought in a big bag of sweets to work to get it out of my house and had my husband bring in some of the other sweets. Not to say there isn't a lot left at home, but I got the main temptations out of the house. Plus, we'll be out running errands and at futsal for most of the evening, so that helps too!

You’re doing good on water! I need to work on that too. Sweets are evil. My friend used to brush her teeth every time she had cravings and the toothpaste taste helped:))

Sasha, that is a great idea. I know I should get back to brushing right after dinner so it hinders the craving. I used to do that and it worked pretty well!

Water is definitely going well as are my steps. I just need to kick these sweets! We have one of two holiday parties here at work today. It will be hard. I brought in a tray of sweets as well as two other dishes. I'm not touching my cookie tray because I'm telling myself I still have lots at home (though I am trying not to touch them at home, too!). I will eat more than I need, I'm sure. It's bound to happen, but I'm going to be cautious the rest of the day to make up for extra lunch calories.
