How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Struggling to stay motivated. Weight loss has stalled, I’ve been exhausted, I’m nursing and I feel like my milk is drying up for my 3 month old. Workout videos are boring even though I haven’t anywhere NEAR mastered them.

My baby is 15 months now. I gained 50lbs with my pregnancy. I had a hard time accepting my body post partum and did not lose the weight very fast while nursing.
BUT once I stopped nursing and went back to work (when my baby was around 1) I was able to concentrate on losing weight and have now lost all my pregnancy weight.
Give yourself grace!
Especially in the first year of your baby's life. Caring for a newborns is hard. Your hormones are still readjusting. I feel like keeping another person alive is enough of a job.
Sending love and support to you and your little one.
Enjoy the time when baby is small! They grow so fast.

Best of luck !! Nursing was my priority with my two little ones. I nursed for many years. I was up 60 lbs for my first and kept 10 lbs going into my second baby that I only gained 40 lbs for.

Make sure you stay well hydrated and even taking an electrolyte would probably also help if you are exercising quite a bit
