For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I didn’t make it. It’s kind of frustrating since I have been working out every day for 1 and a half-2 hours going from doing nothing. I don’t drink my calories; and I have been watching my portions sizes... but i think I did lose fat, but I replaced it with muscle in my legs from all my working out.. since muscle ways more than fat?

You could be retaining water to try to help repair your muscles from all the working out... don’t let it discourage you... keep up the hard work and it will pay off in the end. I didn’t make it either, but it’s not the end of my journey... just another chapter.

I used to diet and exercised a lot with no resultes so i know the frustration. It all changed for me when my doctor told me i had to cut all carbs (rice, potato, fruits, etc). Since i cut the carbs of my life i finally start to lose weight. Now i only eat proteins and healthy fats. Hope this helps :)
