Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Well I made it through and I thought this would be a big challenge for me at the beginning because I had lost 63lbs prior to this. It turns out what I thought what might not of been achievable was and I passed the goal by nearly 13lbs!!! Happy for myself and all of the others out here doing the work to better ourselves!!

  • This after losing 16lbs from the first DB!! I can’t believe the difference in how I look. I feel much better all around. I’ve been doing keto pretty steady since January 2017. I lost 60lbs the first year by November and went off until 4/18 and gained 40lbs back, then started hitting it hard again with little breaks here and there but not very extended at all. I like to try to have a cheat meal/day once a month usually after a weigh in. It’s hard to do that now because I see a new low weight and want to keep pushing harder and go lower. I’d still like to get to 200lbs but build some muscle up and get fairly muscular.
