Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hey guys! Today is day #1 of our game and i'm so excited to get started! The Holidays can be rough but I know together we can reach our goals and finish this year stronger than ever before! A few things to get us started:
- First of all if youre new here my name is Danny. I've lost 95lbs on my own with diet and exercise. I didn't follow a meal plan but aimed to eat more protein, vegetables, and less carbs, but now I want to help YOU. Here's some things that helped me!
- Be sure to drink your water. Water is important with weight loss as it helps keep us keep full, boosts our metabolism, keep hydrated, and more!
- Make sure you stay on track with food. I've found that myfitnesspal is the best app for tracking calories and learning about nutrition. By being honest about what you're eating and portion control your diet will thank you!
- Be sure to get your workouts in and be organized with a game plan. Meal prepping always helps me and working out atleast 5x a week. Find what works for you and what you can substain with your lifestyle!
