For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Disappointed that I didn't make it this month.. was 4lbs out so I'm gonna have to be 100% on it if I don't want to lose next month too!
I haven't really been doing much exercise so that's my next step.
What things have you guys found that work for you in terms of diet and/or exercise? I feel like 3 months on and I'm still learned what does and doesn't work for me!

Consistency in making lower calorie diet choices and exercise have been working for me. Splurging on occasion and times well so as to not interfere with weigh outs...!

I don’t eat anything after 7pm .... I found most of my calories were consumed after my kids went to bed, and I made poorer choices on food quality as well. I’ve been able to cut out a lot of junk this way
