How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hello Everyone! I’m right on schedule with the monthly weight-loss goals set by DietBet. To win this transformer I only need to lose 1.6 pounds over the next three months. To achieve the personal goal I set for myself I need to lose 15 more pounds by the end of this. So, I no longer feel challenged by this bet and will continue to find my motivation through other avenues. I would have been better off sticking with kick starters so I may join some of those. I’ve really enjoyed the ones I’ve done in the past because of the challenges, support, interaction, tips, recipes, exercises, motivation, etc. that the hosts and fellow DietBettters provide. I will keep up with my required weigh-ins and the minimal interaction on here. Good luck to you all!

Thanks. I’ve done Lexi’s before and I love them! I wasn’t planning on doing any others when I started this transformer but I’m going to join hers as well now.

I’m doing 3 transformers to keep on top of things, and I’ve done 2 sets of 3 kickstarters at the same time. Keeps me motivated, but I can’t keep up with all the chats. But I’ve met my final goal and now I need to learn to maintain in s healthy way until the end of the game. Maintaining is harder for me than losing weight. :unamused:
