How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Hi friends, I'm off camping and hiking in the Olympic National park this week. It is absolutely gorgeous and I am so enjoying being more fit for this trip!

This will be my last dietbet for a while as I've been playing in multiple overlapping games since November 2018 and am at a healthy weight now. I wish you all the best of luck in your future weightloss, maintenance, fitness, and health goals.

I'm 5'10" and have been fluctuating between 165 and 170lbs for the last few months. I'm between a size 8 and 10 depending on the brand. The highest "healthy" weight for my bmi is 174lbs so I would like to get down to 160 for more of a buffer, but I'm so happy with how far I've come already and I will be focusing on building more muscle, toning, and maintaining this weightloss and I think in that process the last 5ish lbs will come off.

Anyway thank you all for your support!
