How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hey to Everybody! Susan here. I'm an active 56 year old that seems to have a tough time losing ten pounds that were gained by not being active. I'm a triathlete who broke her leg in 2017. No, no, don't feel sorry for me. I broke it while competitively cycling across Italy. If you're going to break a leg, that is the way to do it. It was an amazing trip. Leg is healed and it is time to hit the pavement again. I need to get back to my race weight. First event is in May and I would love to be 15 lbs lighter but giving myself a goal of ten. I'm a newbie to DietBet. (By the way my check in weight was just rejected, you need to show both feet in your picture, one half of my right foot was not in the picture. Sharing in case there are any other newbie's out here.) Anyway, this is exciting and I'm glad to be here. Jenn and Kandice, thanks for starting this up and encouraging us! I think this is just what I needed for my kick start.
