How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

How do you do the 10,000 steps/day validation? I’m making that a goal, but curious how this challenge works?

At the end if your name is selected, you'll just send screenshots from your device. I'm not sure how others work, but on Fitbit you can send a weekly snapshot to show you got in at least 10,000 a day.
