Who can give me solid kick in the butt? One week in and all I do is eat and not exercising. I dropped a couple of pounds in my first two days and gained back everything in the remainder of the week. I know I can still make it, but I am really really struggling..

Ask yourself 2 questions. 1. Why do I want to lose weight? 2. What stopped me trying? Every time you eat, you have the choice of choosing something healthy or not. Remember, even if your last meal was unhealthy it is not a reason to stop eating healthy the rest of the day. You have everything you need to win this dietbet!!
