  • Breakfast today! 3 eggs and sliced red potato home fries! I also used low sugar ketchup. What did you have? Small changes such as cooking the potatoes without oil add up!

I had a hard boiled egg, cream of wheat with tbs honey, 1/2 cup cottage cheese with a little pineapple and 12 almonds - big breakfast but it fills me up after morning exercise and holds me TIL lunch :blush:
