I haven’t been on here for a while, because I’m too ashamed to be. I fell off track and I know there’s no way I’ll win this dietbet since I’m probably back up to my starting weight. I began again today, I’m going to try out the keto diet and see if that works for me. I want to say good job to everyone who has reached their goals and who will win this dietbet (enjoy my $30 😂❤) and good job to everyone who doesn’t win and who is still pushing for a new life style ❤

You are worth a happy and healthy life! I put on all this weight as I kept giving up. I was into the habit of giving up. You have started a new way of living and we all fall down, as we are learning. I feel the real gain is living healthier, one day at a time. Not if we reach the 4% or not. Hang in there! It’s a new day tomorrow!
