My favorite quick and healthy swap: Portobello pizzas! Take portobello caps and brush with olive oil, place cap-side down on a baking sheet. fill the underside (now on the top) with pizza sauce, diced peppers, finely diced broccoli, and a tablespoon of pizza sauce. Crumble over goats cheese (or shredded mozzarella - low fat) and place under the broiler until cooked. I don't eat meat, but you can include pepperoni etc.. if you want.
