How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I have been so proud of my progress and my win! I bought a new scale for the next bet that syncs with my phone and I love the scale but it tells me I weigh more than my other scale did. That was a little bothersome...but I also put back a couple of pounds too... not sure if its water or mother nature or muscle...but it really got me down. I seriously just looked in the mirror and reminded myself that I have one hell of a NSV here no matter how many pounds I lose or may creep back up on me from time to time.... I have never....and I do me never in my 44 years on this earth, had a consistent workout regimen. I have been going to the gym...and going because I want to, not because someone is making me. I am going because I have a desire to, and it is more than just losing weight. I have more energy, better sleep, and an overall better day. Not sure when this happened...but it did. Thanks for the support!
