For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Good Morning Strong Squad!! I hope everyone had a great and productive weekend! I feel like this weekend was a bit of a struggle for me personally so Im ready to take on this week head on! First off a huge congratulations to our two winners of the $10 Amazon Giftcard, Working Mom and Vicky H. (picture with hair in bun). Loved the participation so thank you!!

    For this week’s challenge I would like for us to focus on getting at least 4 days of exercise in this week (30 minutes minimum). That can be walking, running, swimming, workout class, pretty much anything that gets your heart rate up there :) You can either post a picture of your workout summary (like I did below), take a picture of your workout, or write down what you did for the day. I know it can be easy to skip a workout especially when it’s so cold out right now so hopefully this will help us to stay active. I will pick 3 winners this time to really encourage everyone to participate. Giveaway ends 1/27/19 at midnight. Let’s get our sweat on!!

Today I walked 2.85 miles in 45 minutes and it was really hilly. I worked up a good sweat and my dogs loved the hike.
