Loving the water challenge! Over the weekend it was clear (or not clear 😉) that I was a little on the dehydrated side and in need of water. So 64oz was a breeze for me yesterday but today I am having to push myself to take a sip of water. Trying to focus on just drinking water for my 64oz and not counting tea and coffee, so bathroom runs are quite frequent.
