  • How is the water challenging going for you? Is the bathroom calling your name? Some of you may already have a water drinking goal! How many oz. a day are you shooting for?

    Just some thoughts: Water can help you with weight loss efforts. First staying hydrated can help prevent overeating. And of course, drinking water also means you're not drinking something else-such as sugary, caloric beverages. This one is awesome, drinking water can also increase the amount if calories you burn. So how do you make sure you're getting enough water a day?

I've taken up drinking tea, which helps me drink more water and much less diet soda. So far it is going really great for me!

Well ... I've just about had it with the shortage of staff toilets in school and may or may not have snapped at year 9 for taking ages to line up silently to leave because I was desperate to pee BUT ... I'm still doing it. So far I've cleared at least 72 oz per day.
