  • Today is finally over. Thank the lord. My workout was cut in half today as I didn’t have much motivation/ and was on a time crunch to go to a few doctor appointments. Didn’t get the news I wanted, and will be doing another round of chemo. Everything sucked today, but I’m glad I was able to at least get a small workout in.

    I skipped lunch because my anxiety got the best of me, and dinner I’m not hungry for, but managed to get a large salad in with 480 calories. Think I’ll just go to bed early tonight and allow myself one night to be upset and angry, then pick it back up tomorrow.
