How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • This is not the prettiest plate of food but it sure is deliciously hearty. Low Carb Cabbage Lasagna Skillet with roasted broccoli. I followed the recipe for the lasagna as written except I seasoned the ground beef. This is one serving and it is huge. 431 calories, 30 g protein and 10 net carbs. Honestly, it was too much food for me now that I’m used to my low carb way of eating. This was 1/6 of the recipe as written but I think 1/8 might be a better fit for me. It was simple and quick to make after a busy day at the office and now I have plenty of leftovers for the rest of the week.

Looks yummy! Might give this a whirl. If I do 8 portions, that would work with my calories.
