Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Ugh! I’ve been on vacation with family for the past 5 days and really screwed up my progress. I’ve gone backwards a lot. This month was going to be hard to make my weigh in anyways, so with only 12 days to go, i really need to hunker down. I always seem to sabotage my progress.

You can do it! As Laurie said, drink all the water, get some excercise in outside as the days get nicer and try to stop eating at lest two hours before you go to bed at night. You got this!

You can do it. Like the others said, drink lots of water....most of your gain is probably water weight and will be gone in the next week, but likely less! Stay strong, don’t let one bad week ruin all your progress!
