How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Random question for the day: what is your go to fruit? Obviously I am looking for something with lower natural sugar, but I want it to be sweet enough to stop a craving and taste great too! Is that too much to ask?!?! LOL thank you in advance!

Satsumas and crisp apples like Macintosh in the fall or honey crisp. In the summer, watermelon (a natural diuretic) with that Mexican chili/lime spice mix sprinkled on it too.

Most days I eat an apple. And yes, it has to be crisp. When I eat bananas I only eat half, that seems to work for me. I don’t understand why some are considering them to be “bad” (unless they are eating low carb). I’m not being snarky, I really don’t know.
