For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

On track with my goal to get at least to 50 percent of my goal with my transformers. Nice! I do them for extra motivation because you guys are so inspiring and keep me on track, even though I usually can't keep up with the pace.
That being said, my weigh in for round 2 of another transformer was just approved and I can't believe I won that one! Not sure if I will keep that up without bad colds over the summer, though :)
I have been experimenting with intermittent fasting lately, mostly to balance out my blood sugar. That probably helped too. Will keep it up.
So no matter if I make it to round 6 or not, I want to thank you all for being such an inspiring, supportive group!

I practice intermittent fasting daily and as of the last weigh in was 3 pounds below my 6 month goal. I love IF. It has been a game changer for me.
