How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • How are you doing?!! Where are you now compared to where you were in the begging of this challenge, mentality, psychically, emotionally?!

I’ve been sober now for 6 months!! Looking back before this journey I couldn’t go more than 3 hours thinking about getting wasted when I got home. At work, on my lunch break I would be dying for just one beer to get me through. I use to binge eat. I never moved around other than at work and at work I was still binge ALL THE TIME. Sometimes I feel like I haven’t gotten far enough in my journey but then I look back to September-December and how many times I said I would stop and get it together but I didn’t. My husband was getting mad I would come home and take 2 shots of tequila before I took my shoes off and then I would drink 2-4 beers (we’ll chug them) in the shower.

Today i started the day off miserable and depressed, and that is okay!! I got up, turned some music on and cleaned my house, moved the furniture and swept under, deep cleaned my stove, and now i feel better. I also sat on my couch thinking how I wanted to drink a few beers and it wasn’t even 11am.

I didn’t drink today, I fought through it, didn’t have a panic attack, instead I took my anxiety out on cleaning the house. Now? I am getting ready to head back to the gym and get my fitness back on track.

You are enough!!! It’s okay to slip up. We are human but it is incredible how much you are worth. Stop beating yourself up!!

That's great!!! I am still struggling, but I'm down 30 lbs so I just keep trying.

  • I am SO proud of you!! Lots to say, but here’s a pic for you. Keep going!! You will feel even better than you do now!! I stopped poisoning myself over two years ago and haven’t wanted to touch it since.

Ready to bet on yourself?
