How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Whoosh may not be real - but it is a fact that muscle weighs more than fat. Marissa look for a NSV like lost inches. (what I have read - you'll notice a real difference in 3 weeks and others will notice after about 5 weeks of exercise.) Hang in there.

I platuead too. I’m just trying to stick with it. It is frustrating though... agreed with the rec. of changing things up(either change up fitness routine or shake up diet).
