How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I am so glad we have 2 weeks to weigh in! We are snowed in and expecting more this week, stepped on my scale this morning to find I weighed 5 lbs!! Clearly my scale is broken 😞 I’m sad to see my 10 year companion go. This has been my longest relationship and I will miss its constant companionship.

I got a Renpho off of amazon and it has a free app with it. The scale is black and the #'s are red I think. It tracks lean mass, bone mass, water levels, bmi, body fat, metabolic age, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, etc. It is awesome and it wasn't crazy expensive either. I want to say it was like $25-$30
