Hi guys... this is my first time trying this! I moved to a different state and got into a new (good) relationship and I have gained 20lbs in new-restaurant-food because of it. I love working out but the weight gain is keeping me from putting in the work because I’m not in shape. So the cycle continues and I don’t go to the gym because I’m bigger and I get bigger because I don’t go to the gym. I’m hoping this will motivate me more because I want to fall in love with the person in the mirror again. I hope you guys can give me some motivation!

you can do this. It might be hard at first, but keeping pushing and you will get there!

I find the exercise part of this journey the hardest part, so when I do make myself do it, I workout at home with the 21 day fix workouts. The most important part of weight loss is the nutrition, so the more you can cook healthy meals at home, the better of you'll be. Maybe make some dates with your new significant other, to cook meals together, or even to cook for the other person while they watch and relax.
