If you have been lifting... Remember muscle weighs more then fat. And the scale will start going back in your favor. I always gain a little weight when I start a program, before I loose it. Until that happens start looking for the NSV (non scale victories), to keep you motivated... are your pants feeling better, we’re you able to lift a little heavier, did you get one more rep in?? Those all count!!!!
Keep up the hard work, and the hard work will start showing!!!
