  • Hi friends, happy Monday!! I will post the winner of the water bottle later today... Hope everyone had a good weekend.. if you were "off" track this weekend don't beat yourself up, accept it and move on, make it your mission to have a fantastic week, if we look back with guilt we will likely take that feeling into the week with us, so head up and start fresh :)
    I have some Smart Sweets candies to giveaway ( https://smartsweets.com/ ) I love these and always have a bag in my purse for when I need a sweet treat but want to stay on track, just 3g of sugar and 3 WW freestyle points per bag..
    What are some snacks you like to keep with you when your out and about or have in your drawer at work so that you know you always have options? Please share and consider that your entry :)

I try to only keep 1 or 2 snacks on me when going to work because I'll eat it just because it's there. I'll usually bring almonds or a protein shake.
