How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

It takes a couple weeks for the body to adjust to exercise. Make sure you have cardio, not just weights.
Also make sure your food is balanced and filling. Tons of veggies and protein. Minimal sugar and carbs.
Goodluck!

Not sure of your stats or workouts but that's kind of a low calorie count. Look at finding out your calorie needs and make a safe adjustment to put you in a deficit. Do not just come up with a random low number that you just decide you want to eat.If you're eating 1500 kcal and burning 750 calories in the gym.. that's a really low amount of calories for an adult weighing 150 lbs.
