For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hey guys! One week in, and you are doing ah-mazing!!!!! We LOVE reading as many comments as we can and seeing how you’re supporting each other as you work to achieve your transformation goals. We’ve noticed that some of you are already getting frustrated by that number on the scale, and we totally get that! So here’s a great weighing-in-related tip to help you on your transformation journey: Only weigh yourself ONCE a week. We know...it’s so tempting to step on that scale more often just to see...but...if the number on the scale is higher than you were expecting, it can be pretty disappointing and can lead to making some not-so-great choices. Your weight will naturally fluctuate from day to day, and carbs (yes, even the healthy ones!) and sodium can cause you to retain water too. And check out this post on the blog for even more helpful weighing-in-related info. If you’re following one of our carb cycles or are using The TRANSFORM App, you’ll weigh yourself on the morning of day 7. Curious about carb cycling? Learn more here.

Good morning wonderful souls of the Chris and Heidi diet bet group :)

So far so good! I peeked at the scale this morning and still going down. I must say there were a couple days where I felt hungry, yet I do eat more often than I usually do. Perhaps it is my subconscious that plays tricks on me however, I revert to my homemade green potage (all green veggies with only water herbs and a bit of salt and pepper blended in a tick creamy like soup). I also have an orange one; sweet pumpkin, carrots, sweet potatoes, onions etc... They are fantastic to curb hunger and stay on track and add great fuel to your body.

I am looking forward to my official week WI and pump to get to the final month. I also joined a 6 months dietbet as I intend to lose all the weight I put on the past 5 years. Taking control back, cause I am #1 !! eheh
