For me, consistency has been the key. Setting aside Sundays to meal prep, working out 3 times a week, drinking water with every meal. Small consistent changes started to add up to some actual results.

I’ve learned having this group helps me hold myself accountable. I do better when I’m able to post gym selfies and pictures of my food. I’ve done many different diets in the past that left me feeling like I was missing something. This time for the first time ever I’ve stuck to high protein low carb & im not craving the bad things!! I’m sure there will come a time when I will & I will cross that bridge when I get there!!
