For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I've learned i do way better when i have an accountability buddy to text post workout pics and meal pics. I also hate cooking and shopping so I do better when i make large batches of food and have healthy leftovers.


A big learning is that I have to try to balance preparation and being flexible. I was doing well.all.week sticking to my plan, then today I went out without breakfast and without a plan, so I ate random crap, and that snowballed into a binge. So learning: eat Breakfast OR have a plan B :)

Don’t compare yourself to others! Compare yourself to yourself! THe girl next to me on the treadmill just ran 7 miles like it was nothing and I’m over here like WOO! 2 miles in 30 minutes 😂

Yikes, ate too many carbs yesterday, woke up 6lbs heavier and sooo puffy from water retention! My hands and feet are aching they're so fluffy.

High water. Low carb. Lots of walking. I bet I'll be back to where I was tomorrow. It's good to be aware of what I'm doing on slingshot days, so I don't panic when something like this happens. The bagels were super delicious though.
