How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’m going to the gym later today but I’m looking for some better headphones for the treadmill, as an incentive. What do you use? Preferably wireless.

I have Philips SHB5850. They work great.

I'm just writing to suggest NOT getting Jaybird Tarah Pro wireless earbuds. They look good and are very comfortable, BUT the wireless service goes in and out. when I run outside, if I put my phone in my pocket, the sound goes in and out. Very frustrating. I read reviews and it even says that if this happens, but you may need to move your phone closer to the earbuds, which really doesn't work if you're trying to work out. Just wanted to let people know so they can avoid the same frustration!
