Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Well this weekend was not good, the scale went the wrong way. Anyone else have that? What are you doing to get back on track? Right now I just worked out and am in the sauna. Hopefully I can get back into a good rhythm.

Me too!! Just try to make small changes to get back on track. It’s rough but you can do it!

It's normal. Just detox sugars and processed carbs and stick to small amounts of oatmeal, sweet potatoes, and quinoa for carbs other than veggies. Make sure you get proteins and fats with carbs...little but of nuts and oils (avocado, olive, coconut, etc). If you crave sugar try 1 small piece of 80% or higher dark chocolate or have a protein shake (100% whey isolate).
