How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

NSV: We are ordering parent T-shirts for my son’s upcoming state championship games. When asked what size I wanted, the coach’s wife gave me a look like HUH?!? Because she thought I needed to order SMALLER!! 😍 I asked if she was SURE because I’ve been trying to lose weight so maybe I SHOULD get a smaller size, but I was worried it wouldn’t fit by the time those games start July 5th. It would still be too tight. She looked at me again, rolled her eyes, and said “GIRL! It will fit NOW!! I’ve noticed you’ve been losing weight and have been meaning to tell you that you look great!” Best feeling ever. ❤

  • This is SO true. I have a friend who’s been telling me for 20 years now...YES! 20!...that she “just wants to be happy”. No one can make you happy. YOU have to make yourself happy. Just as with weight loss, exercise, getting healthier, YOU have to do the WORK. And we all know IT IS WORK!! But YOU have to do it...”inward”. I'd like to resend my weigh-in on the website since it would not let me put in the decimal on the app. How can I do that? I emailed them and said that I just put in the even number since they could see the number on the scale with the decimal. Would that disqualify me?

Why can’t you just use the period like I do for the decimal? I’m seeing lots of decimal quandaries, and I don’t understand what the problem is. I’m on the new, upgraded version as well and have had NO problems.

I did it on my phone with the app, and the whole keyboard shows up so not sure why yours wouldn’t. Glad you got it worked out.
