Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I am not keeping up with comments, as I can't see them on my phone or iPad and forget to look when on my computer. Participating is so important for the motivation to stay the straight and narrow.

I lost a bit of weight with diet bet a few years ago and gained back. I was on a different eating plan then keto and 8:2 fasting. I am so glad to see I don't have to do diet gimmicks to lose weight, nor am I particularly exercising. I am eating lots of veggies at lunch and dinner and protein at all meals. I don't eat much fruit and get all my carbs from the veggies, beans and yogurt. I didn't lose much for two -three weeks, but today suddenly dropped 3 pounds. It is so hard to remember that weight loss is not linear.

My weight is never even close to linear. I track everything I eat, and I will gain or lose while staying constant with my calorie intake. I just have to be content with a general trend down

I do daily WIs too Dave. I haven't seen a correlation between what I eat and drink and my fluctuations, but it does help me seen a trend down when a weekly WI might not. My trend is to drop a couple overnight, weigh a bit higher the next day or two, then drop down a little below the previous WI. I can't explain it, but the knowledge gives me peace.
