What’s everyone’s plan to stay on track this weekend? Mine is to cook on Saturday morning so I’m prepared with healthy foods. If I need sweets, I’ll get it in the form of my chocolate protein shake. I plan to work out both days so I need to allow myself some carbs instead of pretending I don’t need them and then bingeing later.

Raynetta, I’m doing the same! I hit the gym this morning, went to the grocery store and started meal prepping to stay on track. And I actually went vegan this past week... no meat, no cheese, no dairy. I dropped 5 lbs!

Awesome!!! Trish I meal prep today I am going to the gym at 6am before church and I'm going to step on the scale I feel a lot better but the third and fourth night I was having cramps in my legs really bad increase my water the cramps are gone Thank God:raised_hands:
