  • Last year (this week) I tore a tendon in my foot. It’s been a long recovery with persistent pain. I’ve been able to exercise for a few months, but not run outdoors. It’s not back at my old pace but it’s my first 5 mi in a year. The 12 was when I went looking for my hat and gloves I stashed in bushes ???? otherwise negative splits too!

I totally understand, I tore my tendon in my ankle last year. It has been a long recovery for me as well. I am just now getting back to join the gym. Hang in there!
