How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Woohoo! It's Friday!! Who else is happy to see the weekend upon us. I love being able to sleep a little later and do things at a slower pace. But weekend's sometimes offer more chances to indulge and go off our plan. Having a treat meal that we planned for is great, but going off the deep end can really derail us (I know this first hand!)

We really should throw our bodies a curve ball to keep our metabolism going (if we eat the same low calories every single day our body will adjust DOWN) I try to cycle every day when I'm trying to lose, maybe 1300 one day then 1700 the next, etc. But I always do one 2000 calorie day - many times I'll just save some calories up for it - saving a 100 calories Monday - Saturday gives me an extra 600 on Sunday! Cycling calories really can help keep your metabolism on fire. Even if it's weekly instead of daily. It also helps for those cheat days to become treat days and already in your plan. Won't it feel great to have that pizza and know you're still ON your plan? Yes, it's balance!

Our challenge today is a photo challenge - your workout space. Where are you working out today?
