How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Anyone have Apple Watch Series 3? The basic, not gps/cellular. I’ve been using the Fossil Gen 4 smart watch and it’s honestly a piece of garbage (for iPhones). Any complaints about your Apple Watch? I’ve always been a Fitbit user so I may just upgrade to the newest Fitbit...but because I have an iPhone the Apple Watch caught my eye.

I have a 4. I love it.

I have the 3 and I love it. I always had syncing problems with my Fitbit, this works much better. I love being able to answer calls (I have the basic not the cellular one so the phone has to be within Bluetooth distance) being able to control my music at the gym from my wrist and even texting and checking the weather from my watch as well as logging my WW points!
