Enchiladas..I make them with xtreme wellness tortillas, ground turkey or shredded chicken breast, can use fat free cheese, enchilada sauce and top with salsa, plain fat free Greek yogurt instead of sour cream (literally tastes identical), jalapeños if you like some heat, and whatever else you like on top. It’s also cheap and super fast to make! I follow Felicia Keathley’s weight watcher enchiladas YouTube video.

I keep it simple baked or air fryer chicken, fish, seafood, broiled steak, on salad or cauliflower rice, vegetable cabbage soup, sometimes cottage cheese or boiled egg instead of meat. I keep picked eggs in my fridge, they come in handy for a protien if I'm 2 lazy to cook.
